Terms of Delivery

Nam Nam has its own delivery service .

Free delivery on all orders over €69 in the Netherlands  and  € 99 in Germany without offers .

€5.99 delivery fee for orders totaling less than € 69 in the Netherlands.

€5.99 delivery fee for orders totaling less than € 99 in Germany. 

The maximum weight per order is 25 kg this due the limit of transport company,  incase more items needed you are able to create other order.


We only deliver Fresh/Chilled and Frozen products a maximum 30 km from our distribution center in Culemborg.

All items are subject to availability.
We will make our best efforts to inform you as soon as possible if the 
goods you have ordered are not available or if shipment may be delayed. 
All prices are subject to change without notification.

We use recycled boxes and materials for the cause of saving raw materials, energy, water and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.


Once the order has been accepted, we will deliver the parcel to the address indicated by the customer within 4 working days Saturday’s ,Sunday’s and Public Holidays should be added to delivery time.

If the customer refuses to take delivery of the purchased goods or fails to give the information or correct address necessary to their delivery, additional costs for extra delivery or storage are on the customer’s expense.

For some products, the packaging may vary but the product is exactly the same.

If, for whatever reason, you’re not completely satisfied with any product, you have 14 days to return items for a refund or exchange (* terms and conditions apply on frozen products).

After receiving the goods in the original condition, unopened, we shall return the cost of the goods in 5 working days in to your bank account.

When returning goods, customer has to bear the shipping costs of a return. Nam Nam is not responsible for any shipping costs of a return.

If you see any damage on the box, please immediately ask driver of forwarder, to write claim document – damage report. This will be important part of our claim, without this document can be the claim disagreed.
